In addition to being one of the organizations which participates in the Consortium, the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies also hosts the PfP Consortium Operations Staff, the Consortium's administrative center.
The Consortium's study groups and working groups bring together experts from across the Euro-Atlantic region to undertake projects in support of stakeholder priorities; these projects form the core of the Consortium's activities. Each study/working group has a page devoted to it on this portal. An annual conference, co-hosted by a Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council member nation, examines issues related to the Consortium's mission and summarizes the activity of the study/working groups.
The Consortium's Advanced Distributed Learning Working Group offers on-line courses in a variety of security subjects, free of charge; these courses are accessible from this website with a simple registration.
The Consortium publishes a professional journal, Connections, in both hard copy and on-line. Issues can be viewed on this website. See the publications section for further information on this and other publication products.
The Partnership for Peace Consortium strengthens democracies through knowledge, by creating networks of educators and researchers from defense academies and security studies institutes, to share best practices and develop concrete solutions to common challenges.
